FAQ
xHow do I control the F-500?
A rotary knob on the front turns the mist up or down. There is no app.
How large a room is it for?
Published coverage is about 30 m², which covers a typical bedroom. A very large hall will need a bigger unit or a closed door.
Will it run dry and keep heating?
It is designed to stop when the water is gone. Still unplug it if you leave home for several days.
Which other Deerma humidifiers do you stock?
The F-325 and the F-600 are the siblings on this list. All three are tagged for the humidifier collection.
Is this an air purifier?
No. It adds moisture. It does not replace a purifier. Humidifiers and dehumidifiers are grouped under air treatment.
Who do I contact for a fault?
Contact ShandaarBuy, the authorised dealer, via contact or customer services.
