FAQ
xWhat does AI Wash actually do?
It senses the fabric type and how dirty the load is, then automatically adjusts water, detergent and cycle timing instead of using one fixed setting.
How much faster is QuickDrive?
Internal testing showed wash time cut from 87 to 37 minutes on the Cotton cycle. Browse more front load washing machines including washer dryer combos.
Can it dry a full 13 kg wash load in one go?
Drying capacity is 8 kg, so a full 13 kg wash load may need drying in two batches.
Can I wash and dry in a single cycle?
Yes, use the Wash+Dry cycle, or run the separate Cotton Dry and Synthetics Dry cycles after a wash.
Does it refill detergent automatically?
Auto Dispense stores liquid detergent and fabric softener in built-in tanks and doses the right amount per load, so you only top up now and then.
Should I choose 13kg or a different size?
13 kg suits large families. If you need a slightly smaller drum with the same features, see the WD11BB944DGBGU 11.5+8kg. For the largest capacity see the WD16T6500GV/ST 16+10kg. Need help? Contact ShandaarBuy.
What are the dimensions?
600 mm wide, 850 mm high and 695 mm deep, weighing 84 kg net. Make sure your space and floor can take the size and weight, and leave room behind for hoses.
Is ShandaarBuy an authorised Samsung dealer?

Do you deliver across Pakistan with COD?
We deliver nationwide in about 3 to 8 days and Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Check our payment terms or order tracking.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a genuine concern, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Read our returns policy or contact us and our team will be glad to help.
What is the difference between Website price and MRP?
On ShandaarBuy the selling price is the Website price and the compare-at price shows the retail price from the official Samsung price list, so your savings are clear.
