Sony HT-S40R 5.1ch Home Cinema Soundbar with Wireless Rear Speakers

Are the rear speakers wireless?

The rear speakers plug into a wireless amplifier, so no cable runs from the TV to the back of the room. The amplifier needs mains power.

Does the Sony HT-S40R support Dolby Atmos?

No. It decodes Dolby Digital in true 5.1 channels.

How do I connect it to my TV?

Use HDMI ARC (cable included), optical or analogue input.

Can I play music from my phone?

Yes, over Bluetooth, or from a USB stick.

Can the speakers be wall mounted?

Yes. Sony says the soundbar, rear speakers and wireless amplifier can be wall mounted.
